Biography

I am a paediatrician and academic researcher specialising in paediatric allergy. I am currently studying for a PhD with Trinity College Dublin, investigating the role played by neutrophils in paediatric nut allergy.

My previous research has focused on allergy and general paediatric topics, including identifying barriers to aeroallergen immunotherapy (AIT) in the Irish healthcare system and investigating the efficacy of antibiotic treatments for paediatric urinary tract infections.

I am a consultant paediatrician in Children’s Health Ireland and also hold an academic role with Trinty College working as module coordinator and clinical lecturer in the Discipline of Paediatrics.
