Faculty within the discipline are involved in a range of medical education research projects, these include basic psychological needs, burnout and professional identity formation of junior doctors during COVID, development of the National Academic Internship Track, student experience of hybrid learning, faculty development initiatives, medical humanities, medical ethics and law.
