From 1 January 2016, the below fees apply for the administration of document requests:
New graduates are subject to a fee for a replacement transcript requested after January 1 post year of graduation.
All requests are dealt with as soon as possible, in order of receipt and may take a minimum of 5 working days to process post receipt of payment. Please note transcripts pre 2000 may take longer. You will receive more information on method of payment (PayPal) on receipt of your request form.

Breakdown of charges:
- Stamped copy of replacement transcript: €25
- HCPC form: €30
- AHPC / MOH documentation: €35
- Other overseas registration documentation: €35

Documentation will be sent to the postal address listed above. You will receive confirmation when documentation has been sent. Please allow a minimum of 15 working days postage for overseas documentation.
