Biography

Elaine Mc Mahon is an Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in neonatal and paediatric neurodevelopmental care. She is currently undertaking doctoral studies (PhD) at Trinity College Dublin, examining the neurodevelopmental and occupational performance outcomes of infants at increased developmental risk following neonatal and complex medical or surgical care. Elaine has a particular interest in early identification, neurodevelopmental assessment and intervention, and family-centred, relationship-based approaches to supporting infants and their families.
