Accommodation 47, 48, 51 and 52 buildings were built originally in 1991.The buildings comprise 2 upper floors above ground and forms part of the College Health Services structure that was built 1991. Served by one central staircase only and no lift facilities.
There are bedrooms and a kitchen facility located on the ground floor levels for the occupants of the ground floor bedrooms, the upper levels also have bedrooms and kitchen facilities located on all floor levels. The main entrance doors have a number of steps and no ramp that precludes wheelchair access.
