The building is interlinked to The Security Centre and Information Systems Services building. (I.e. 200 Pearse Street) On the ground floor, 199 Pearse Street has offices belonging to Information Systems Services, Students' Counselling Service. The upper levels are offices as well as toilet facilities, except for the third floor occupied by Students' Counselling Service.
199 Pearse Street has no accessible ground floor entrance. Currently the only accessible entrance to the building is via the security centre building (200 Pearse Street) ground floor main entrance.
