
Biography
As an Occupational Therapist working in the Disability Service, Amy’s role is to support students’ ability to engage in the daily activities related to their student life. This could include forming daily habits and routines, maintaining a healthy balance between different activities, and coming up with strategies to help them manage in different environments. She also works as a disability officer to help provide reasonable accommodations to students.
Amy has been working in the Disability Service since 2022. Prior to this, she worked in a Homeless Service in Dublin City Centre. She graduated from Trinity in 2021.
Amy’s primary area of professional interest is working with neurodivergent students, particularly students with ADHD. She co-facilitates the ADHD peer support group in the Disability Service. You can get in touch with Amy by emailing askds@tcd.ie.
Amy is a member of the AOTI (Association of Occupational Therapists in Ireland) and is registered with CORÚ, the regulatory body for health and social care professionals in Ireland.
