Occupational Therapist

Órla is an occupational therapist who joined the Trinity Disability Service in July 2023. Órla graduated with a B.Sc. in Occupational Therapy from Trinity College Dublin in 2023. Órla meets with students for both individual meetings as well as in group settings. Órla works alongside students to help achieve their occupational goals. Órla’s area of interest is fatigue and pain management for disabled students in university. Órla also leads on a cookery group, Cookery 101, in Trinity Hall for first year students. This group promotes independent living skills and social connection for first year students who have recently moved out of home for the first time.

Órla is a member of the AOTI (Association of Occupational Therapists in Ireland) and is registered with CORU, the regulatory body for health and social care professionals.
