Caption.ed is a note-taking service that automatically generates captions from video lectures, both live and pre-recorded.

How to get Caption.ed
You will need a Caption.Ed account with a license in order for the service to work.
- To obtain a license from the Disability Service contact your Disability officer.
- You should then recieve an email invite asking you to setup your Caption.Ed account password.
- Once that's done, log into to your Caption.Ed account.
- You should then see the web interface which will list all your previous recordings as well as to download download the desktop apps and browser extensions for live recording and captioning.
- You can download the mobile app for Android or iOS by clicking or scanning the QR code with your device.
