Overview
Abdulrahman Aljanabi joined the Trinity Academic Registry Team as a student intern, going into his final year of Management Science and Information Systems Studies. He has a strong interest in system design and digital accessibility. Over the course of the internship, he
contributed meaningfully to projects, most notably the rollout of HaloCRM across college.
To this end, he also linked in with the DisAbility Service to create a staff user guide. His
work improved the clarity and accessibility of key student-facing information and provided
actionable feedback to support future system enhancements.
Key Projects & Responsibilities
HaloCRM – System Review: A Student’s Perspective
Produced a written review of the HaloCRM system from a student perspective, assessing its
layout, search functionality, chatbot features, and enquiry logging processes for the
Academic Registry and DisAbility Service.
What Happens if I Don’t Accept My Invitation to Graduate?
Created a guidance document explaining the consequences of not responding to a
graduation invitation, ensuring clear communication for students on the importance of
timely acceptance.
Enhancing Graduation FAQs
Reviewed and updated graduation-related frequently asked questions on Halo to ensure
accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the website.
Key Outputs
Delivered student-friendly documentation and guidance for publication on the Academic
Registry website
Provided actionable user insights from a student perspective to inform future HaloCRM
developments
Ensured all content complied with plain English and digital accessibility standards
