Disability Service Feedback & Complaints Procedures

At the Trinity disAbility Service, we are committed to providing high-quality, inclusive supports to all our service users — primarily students and staff with disabilities. We value your feedback, whether it is a compliment, suggestion, or concern. Your input plays a vital role in helping us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve.

We encourage constructive feedback at all times, and we welcome comments through our Annual Student and Educational Worker Surveys, via email, or by using the online form below. If you have a complaint, we are equally committed to listening and responding appropriately, ensuring that any issues are addressed in a timely and supportive manner.

There are 3 different routes for managing complaints in Trinity depending on the issue.

  1. Complaints of a general nature with the Disability Service;
  2. Complaints of a general nature with Trinity College Dublin that may arise;
  3. Specific complaints about access to supports, facilities, information or buildings subject to the Disability Act 2005.
