Funded by Enterprise Ireland and EU Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska‑Curie Actions, this three-year international fellowship programme supports industry-focused sustainability research in Ireland. It links three partners: postdoctoral researcher, Trinity College Dublin, and Irish-based for-profit company which provides industry secondment (6-12 months).

Sustain-FIT supports applied research that helps companies solve real-world sustainability challenges aligned with the EU Green Deal.  Projects must deliver measurable sustainability impact while supporting career development for the researcher.

The applicant must hold a PhD at the call deadline or have successfully defended their doctoral thesis (unconditional).  There are no upper limits for number of years of research experience.
