Asylum AFM

The Asylum AFM is a shared tool for all researchers in CRANN. It is a versatile tool, capable of imaging samples in liquid (e.g. electro-chemistry or biological samples) and use in combination with specially prepared tips (e.g. MFM).

ND-MDT Solver Pro AFM

The APRG has exclusive access to the Solver Pro AFM. Particular benefits of this microscope are its automatic tip landing functionality and wide scanning range (100μm)
