Registration
Please, complete your registration by filling out the following Registration Form, and then proceed to the payment using one of the options below.
Student registration payment - Early-bird registration has been extended until 30th April, 2025.
If you are attending the social dinner, please select the second option from the drop-down menu.

Accompanying Person Social Dinner Fee
You may purchase an additional ticket for an accompanying person to attend the Social Dinner. The cost is €80 per person.
Cancellation Policy
Please note the following cancellation terms:
100% refund of fees by the 21st of April, 2025
50% refund of fees by the 19th of May, 2025
