TYPE is the Transition Year Physics Experience at the School of Physics and is a programme of events that introduces TY students to physics and the physicists at Trinity College Dublin. In addition to the week-long TYPE Programme we also run two thematic TYPE Days – one in Physics & Nanoscience and one in Astrophysics.

Detailed information regarding our TYPE events in 2018/19. will be posted here and sent out to all secondary schools in later in October 2018. This information will contain all details about how to apply to participate in the TYPE Programme or one of the TYPE Days. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY NOW as all applications will be processed through your secondary school.
