We work closely with School of Physics PIs, Postdoctoral Fellows and PhD students to turn strong scientific ideas into competitive, fundable proposals. Our support covers both the scientific narrative and the strategic positioning needed to stand out in highly competitive schemes.
- Early‑stage proposal scoping, including fit‑to‑call and funding route options.
- Structured review of objectives, methodology, impact and work plan.
- Help with crafting clear, persuasive cases for excellence, impact and implementation tailored to each funder.
- Critical review against panel evaluation criteria, with feedback on structure, coherence and readability.
- Advice on assembling the right consortium or collaborators and defining roles.
Where appropriate, we connect applicants with examples of successful applications, institutional templates and specialist supports (e.g. ethics, IP, commercialization) available across Trinity College.
