Once a project is funded, we provide guidance on setting up, managing and successfully closing out your award in line with funder and Trinity policies.
- Support with project set‑up, including coordination with Research Finance and HR on budgets, recruitment and contracts.
- Advice on eligible costs, budget monitoring and managing variations (e.g. no‑cost extensions, reallocations, changes in personnel).
- Help with understanding and planning for reporting requirements, deliverables and milestones.
- Signposting to expertise in IP, commercialization, data management and open access, in collaboration with relevant Trinity offices.
- Guidance on project closure, including final reports, financial reconciliation and archiving.
