The funding landscape can be administratively complex; we help you navigate each step of the application process efficiently and in line with Trinity and funder requirements. Our aim is to reduce administrative burden on researchers so they can focus on the scientific content while ensuring all formal, legal and ethical requirements are met before submission.

  • Interpreting call documentation, rules of eligibility, participation and compliance requirements.
  • Clarifying internal workflows, approvals and lead‑in times for submission.
  • Coordinating internal reviews and required institutional sign‑off.
  • Monitoring pending deadlines and sending timely notifications and reminders.
  • Liaising with central Research Development and Research Finance teams where institutional approval or costing is needed.
  • Supporting electronic submissions through funder portals and responding to pre‑award queries.
  • Recording the proposal submissions in The Research Proposals and Awards Management System (RPAMS).
