Microsoft is changing the way users complete multi-factor authentication (MFA). If you currently use a text message (SMS) or phone call to verify your identity when signing in to your Trinity account, you will need to switch to Microsoft Authenticator.
From 27 October 2026, if you have not set up Microsoft Authenticator, then you will begin receiving prompts to do so. The good news is that you do not need to wait for these prompts. You can set up Microsoft Authenticator now and avoid any interruption when signing in to your Trinity account.
If you already use Microsoft Authenticator to approve sign-in requests, no action is required.
