How to get help and support from us throughout your time in Trinity.

IT Services Website

The Getting Started - Student Orientation section of our website will help you get started with the technology resources you will use as a student at Trinity College Dublin.   

We also have an extensive knowledge base that includes answers to frequently asked questions, how-to guides, and trouble-shooting instructions.  Our knowledge base is supported by the IT Services Central and Distributed Support Group and has been designed to help you find the solution to your IT-related query at your fingertips.

IT Service Desk

The IT Service desk is available to provide IT support Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

They are contactable via one of the following methods:

Using your Trinity username and password, log an IT-related support query at any time through the portal. Your ticket will be assigned to one of our service desk professionals who will follow up with you via email or phone to provide support and help resolve your query.

Alternatively, you can also email which will automatically create a ticket for you in the portal.
