The Student Wi-Fi service allows students to connect their computer, mobile phone, or tablet to the Trinity Wi-Fi network to get fast secure internet access.
Getting started
To get connected you must first ensure that your device meets the requirements for connecting to the Student Wi-Fi service.
All users are also obliged to read and be familiar with the terms and conditions of connecting to the network
If your device meets the requirements, and you accept the terms and conditions, then please follow the connection process.
Wired network for Students
The TCDconnect student network service has been replaced by an improved Student Wi-Fi service which is available in all student residences. The wired network for students in residences in no longer available.
If you are a postgraduate and wish to connect to the wired network in Trinity offices and labs, please use the below service.
The Wi-Fi network named Visit Trinity WiFi is a visitor Wi-Fi network and managed by the Trinity Commercial Revenue Unit (CRU). All enquiries regarding connecting to this network should be directed to CRU via enquiries@tcd.ie.
