The IT Service Desk is available to provide IT support:
- Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm

Our website has a bunch of useful IT knowledge base pages. You can use the search in the top right of every page or else browse our knowledge base listing page.
Updates from us
On our website, we will post news items as well as updates on services that may be affected (both planned and unplanned) in College.
We welcome all your comments, compliments, general complaints, and suggestions about our services. You can give feedback via any of the following methods:

Whether you had a great experience or felt that we could have done things better we'd be happy to hear from you via our online feedback form.
Emailing the service desk
You can also provide feedback by emailing the IT Service Desk.
Every year we send out an IT related survey to all staff and students. The most common survey we send out is our 'Satisfaction' survey.
IT Services user group
The IT Services User Group is a cross-Trinity group that aims to represent the users of IT in Trinity.
Feedback for the group can be given through your departmental representative.
