Microsoft Bookings is an online reservation/scheduling tool that enables you to quickly and easily setup an appointment system.

Bookings can be used for many different scenarios. For example:

  • Booking one-to-one appointments
  • Reserving a seat in a room/lecture/webinar
  • Reserving an item of equipment

Getting started

To access Microsoft Bookings:

  • Log into
  • Type 'Bookings' into the search bar in the top of the page
  • Select the 'Bookings' app


Microsoft Bookings is a self-service product and is not supported directly by the IT Service Desk.

My Booking Page

The My Booking Page feature of Microsoft Bookings does not work as expected within the Trinity environment.  We recommend that Staff avoid using the My Bookings Page feature and use the Booking App as per our guides page.
