Over February and March 2022, IT Services launched our seventh Satisfaction Survey, with 1,585 students and staff across Trinity responding to share their opinion about the IT tools and services the department provides.

We last ran the IT Services Satisfaction Survey in February 2020, just before the move to remote working and learning. The impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic have reshaped the way the world works for us all and the feedback to the 2022 survey is more valuable than ever in helping us to understand how staff and students needs and attitudes to IT at Trinity have changed. It is only with this understanding that we can really target improvements or changes directly to the areas that will have the greatest impact.
