IT Service Desk

All technical or support queries should be addressed to the IT Service Desk only.

Opening Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Online and email queries can be submitted at any time but will only be replied to within normal working hours.

You can contact the Service Desk by one of the following methods.

Go to assist.tcd.ie and log in with your Trinity computer account credentials

  • Browse our 'Knowledge Base' tile for answers to common IT-related support questions
  • Log a support ticket via the 'IT Support' tile
  • Request access to a service via the 'Service Catalogue' tile
