We would like to remind you that after you graduate, your Trinity IT computer account will expire, meaning you will lose access to most Trinity IT services. Please review the information below to prepare your account before it closes.

Access to MyZone (Trinity student email) after graduation

Once you have become a graduate of the University, your access will be limited to your MyZone account (Gmail, Calendar, and Contacts apps only). This access may be completely removed in the future, however, you will receive advance notice before its removal.

After your Trinity IT computer account expires, a 5GB storage limit will be applied to your MyZone email. Please make sure your email stays below this limit. Accounts that regularly go over 5GB will be closed.

Please delete or move all files and photos from other MyZone apps (such as Google Drive and Google Photos) to another location of your choosing (for example a personal Google account). Accounts with photos remaining in the Google Photos app will be deleted.

Finally, you are advised not to use your Trinity email as a login for online services (such as online shops, airlines, and banking). Access to email as an Alumnus / Alumna is provided at the discretion of the University, and the terms are subject to change in the future.

Uninstalling software

If you installed any software on your personal computer under a Trinity license, please uninstall this software unless you paid for the license(s) yourself. This may include applications such as SPSS and Mathematica.

Microsoft 365 Apps

When your IT computer account expires, you will no longer have access to Microsoft 365 Apps, including OneDrive and OneNote. If you used OneDrive or OneNote to store files you wish to keep, please move those files to an alternative location.
