The maintenance work is now complete and access to the ticketing system (ask.tcd.ie) has been restored.

Please note that the ticket system (ask.tcd.ie) used by IT Services, Academic Registry and Disability Services will be undergoing essential maintenance. It will, therefore, be unavailable from 5pm on Wednesday, 21st February 2024 until 5pm on Thursday, 22nd February 2024.
During this downtime, you can continue to log your support query via email to each respective area (IT Services, Academic Registry, Disability Services) and your query will be responded to as quickly as possible.
Updates on the progress of the maintenance will be posted here on the day.
