IT Services will be upgrading the MyTrinityApps portal on Thursday 11th June 2026 from 08:30 to 10:30.
During the upgrade, the service will be offline for approximately 2 hours.
During this period, you will not be able to access the MyTrinityApps website or launch software directly from MyTrinityApps or via the Cloudpaging Player.
If you have previously directly downloaded software from MyTrinityApps and manually installed it on your computer, then you will not be affected by this upgrade. This would apply to software such as ArcGIS, SPSS Statistics installed on macOS.
Once the upgrade has completed, normal service will resume.
