In preparation for the 2026-2027 Academic Year, IT Services is now accepting staff requests for software required for teaching and learning. This applies only to software used in the IT Services-supported seminar and computer rooms across campus.

Staff can also submit requests for software that students will require for their own devices which can be accessed via the Trinity software portal, MyTrinityApps.

How can I request software?

Please use our Software Request form to submit your request. Once submitted, you will receive an acknowledgment email from the IT Service Desk.  

All requests must be submitted by 29th May 2026.

After this date, we will follow up with you with further details regarding associated costs or specific licensing requirements.
