Service Level Agreements (SLA)

The other major role of Service Delivery is to manage and agree Service Level Agreements (SLA) with customers across the College for the specific IT solutions we provide to their areas.  We now have over 25 SLAs in place, and this is growing as new IT applications come on stream. 

We have recently run a satisfaction survey in relation to the SLA processes, this was a follow-up to the original survey that we ran in 2019.  The results from our most recent survey show 100% of respondents would wish to engage with us for future SLAs when rolling out new IT applications – this is a really fantastic vote of confidence for us.  The majority of survey respondents found the experience in working with us on the SLA a positive one and agreed that we understood their questions and concerns very well. Overall the survey responses show we have improved how we work with colleagues across College since the first survey in 2019 and we hope to continue improving and making customer’s happy as we continue to move forward.
