Multi-factor Authentication
Our knowledge base webpages are moving to a new location.
IT Services are migrating our knowledge base web pages away from the IT Services website and into our IT Service Desk Portal at assist.tcd.ie.
To access the new location of this knowledge base entry, click on the link(s) below.
- If you are not logged into your Trinity Microsoft 365 account, then after clicking the link, you will first be prompted to enter your Trinity email address followed by your password.
- Once logged in, you will be able to access and view the knowledge base entry.
Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is required for all staff and students who wish to access services such as Microsoft 365, MyZone, and the VPN (staff only) when not on the campus network.

For a personal account
