The IT Service Desk is the first point of contact with IT Services, for Staff and Students requiring IT assistance.
The Service Desk Team provides IT support for the University's IT systems and software, including Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft 365, Email and authentication services.
All technical or support queries should be addressed to the IT Service Desk only.
