Web streaming College events - Terms and Conditions
Before filling out and submitting the request form, please read through the terms and conditions of using this service, and click the button below to proceed:
- The form should be completed by the College sponsor for the event
- Provision of the service is dependent upon a suitable live network point being available
- IT Services will provide an IP address to the sponsor for the external supplier's equipment and enable specified network points for their use
- The supplier must ensure they have conducted sufficient testing before the event
- The supplier must also have sufficient cabling and power points to adequately fulfil their role
- All cables must be laid with due regard to Health and Safety
- The supplier's point of support is the College sponsor and they will liaise with IT Services through the process
- The sponsor must ensure permission has been received from the location owner/supervisor for the event to take place and be recorded
- The sponsor must make arrangements with the location owner/supervisor for all connections to the room systems e.g. audio/video/network connections
