Online Tests

Submission Issues & Resetting Attempts: If you encounter any issues submitting or accessing a test, please contact your module instructors initially; IT Services cannot reset or allow additional submission attempts, as the module instructors manage the assessment settings. Module instructors can contact IT Services for advice on this process.

Some students may encounter issues when completing MCQs or Assignments using Internet Explorer or Edge web browsers. Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are recommended. Please refer to the supported browsers list for more information.

Do not use the Blackboard app to take tests for credit, as not all question types are supported in the app.
