Using the Gradebook

The Gradebook in Blackboard Ultra is where you can view and mark submissions from students, including tests and assignments, and manage their grades. In previous versions of Blackboard, this was known as the Grade Centre.

Access the Gradebook

From Modules, open a module. Then select Gradebook at the top of the page.

You can manage items and post grades from four views: Overview, Markable Items, Marks, and Students.

• Overview – Shortcut to assessments for marking and posting (releasing to students).
• Markable Items – All markable items in the module are listed.
• Marks – Grid view of students and assessments. (View most similar to Grade Centre).
• Students –  List of all students enrolled in the module.
