IT Services are continuing to work on the underlying issue and our initial priority is to restore access to the my.tcd.ie portal for Staff and Students.

IT Services are aware of an issue affecting the my.tcd.ie portal today, 16 February 2026. Users are currently unable to access the portal.
This issue has unexpectedly arisen as a result of planned "essential infrastructure upgrades" that were scheduled for today.
IT Services are working with our partners to resolve this unexpected issue.
