IT Services are aware of an issue affecting students attempting to top up their printing account balance via the TCD Print Anywhere service.

In some instances, the top-up amount is being debited from users’ bank accounts, but the added funds are not being displayed in the users balance on the https://tcdprintanywhere.ie:8083/ portal.

IT Services are investigating the issue with our printing support partner Datapac.
