IT Services are aware of an issue that affected some Undergraduate users of the Student Wi-Fi service after 4pm Thursday 12th February until approximately 9am today, Friday 13th February 2026.

The issue resulted in degraded or loss of internet access for affected users during this period.

The issue, identified within the underlying infrastructure, is now resolved and Student Wi-Fi services are operating normally.

If you are still having issues connecting as of this morning, Friday 13th February, please disconnect from the Wi-Fi network and then reconnect. If you still have issues after trying that, contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.
