The affected third party tools within Blackboard have now resumed to normal service.

IT Services will continue to monitor Blackboard for any issues.

IT Services are aware of issues with third party tools such as Turnitin and Panopto within Blackboard earlier this morning.

This issue is related to a global Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage which Amazon are working on resolving.
