You may encounter a busy or unavailable tone when attempting to call extension 2000 from an external phone line.

If you are using an internal campus phone line, then you can still call extension 2000 without any issues.

You can also log a support ticket by emailing us at itservicedesk@tcd.ie or by visiting the IT Service Desk portal at assist.tcd.ie.

IT Services are aware of a a temporary service issue affecting our IT Service Desk phone line - extension 2000. You may encounter a busy or unavailable tone when attempting to call.

In the meantime, you can log a support ticket by emailing us at itservicedesk@tcd.ie or by visiting the IT Service Desk portal at assist.tcd.ie.
