Phone services at Trinity are currently impacted by an issue with OpenEir network infrastructure in Crown Alley, where these lines originate.

Only incoming calls to the 1000 and 2000 number ranges are affected. Engineers are actively working to resolve the problem, though no estimated restoration time is available at this stage.

IT Services continues to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

IT Services are working with our telephone support partner to resolve this issue.

Outgoing calls from Trinity phone line extensions in the 1,000 and 2,000 ranges are unaffected by this issue.

Users attempting incoming calls to the 1,000 and 2,000 range of extensions may encounter a busy or unavailable tone.

IT Services are aware of an issue affecting users ability to call Trinity phone line extensions in the 1,000 and 2,000 ranges.

We are actively investigating the matter and aim to resolve it promptly.
