Users are currently reporting an intermittent issue that is occasionally preventing them from accessing the assist.tcd.ie portal.
The third-party provider of the portal - Ivanti - is aware of the issue and currently investigating.
Updates are being posted on https://status.ivanticloud.com/

We are aware of an issue related to the assist.tcd.ie portal as used by IT Services. User access to the portal is currently only working intermittently.
When attempting to log in, users may see the following message.
"You cannot login to the system now. Please contact your administrator. Additional information is available in the logs."
We are currently investigating this issue and hope to post an update as soon as possible.
