We are aware of an issue affecting the viewing of certain document types (e.g. .docx, .pptx, .pdf) in Blackboard Ultra. When attempting to open these files, users may encounter an error message:

'Oops, something broke. Please reload the page,' followed by an error dialogue box displaying the heading {{panelTitle}}.

This issue is known to Blackboard and a fix is expected to be included in this week’s Blackboard maintenance release. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while this is being resolved.
