As a student at Trinity College Dublin, you will receive an ‘@tcd.ie’ email address.

The student email service is powered by Gmail (Google), and we call it MyZone. Official Trinity communications will be sent to this address, so remember to check it regularly.

The MyZone service also gives you access to other features including a Google Calendar, Google Drive and more.

Getting started

On the MyZone landing page, 'Sign in' via the link at the top of the page.

You will then be brought to a Microsoft Sign-in page where you need to enter your email address in the form username@tcd.ie, and your Trinity network password.

Signing in for the first time 

When signing into MyZone for the first time, there are a few things to remember: 

  • You must have with Microsoft 365 before signing into MyZone for the first time.
  • We recommend you use a web browser and not the Gmail App when using the service for the first time
