Microsoft SharePoint

Overview

Microsoft SharePoint LogoSharePoint is a secure and central place to store, organise, share and access information amongst colleagues and external partners.

SharePoint is very similar to OneDrive. The major difference is SharePoint is 'group' storage' whereas OneDrive is 'personal' storage.

If you have documents in your department, that more than one person needs access to, then you should store those documents in a SharePoint document library.

As well as being a document library, SharePoint can also be used to create internal communications sites within Trinity. An example of this would be the T-Net site.
