Microsoft Bookings

Overview

Microsoft Bookings LogoAs part of Microsoft 365, all staff have access to Microsoft Bookings.

Microsoft Bookings is an online reservation/scheduling tool that enables you to quickly and easily setup an appointment system.

Bookings can be used for many different scenarios. For example:

  • Booking one-to-one appointments
  • Reserving a seat in a room/lecture/webinar
  • Reserving an item of equipment

Accessing Bookings from a web browser

  • Log into office.tcd.ie using your Trinity email address (in the form username@tcd.ie) and password
  • Click on the 'Apps' menu item on the left-hand side

  • Click the 'All apps' link in the middle-right of the screen.
  • Select 'Bookings' from the list of all apps
