Guest Wi-Fi - Connection instructions

In order to successfully connect to the Guest Wi-Fi network, you must have:

  1. Been supplied with a guest Wi-Fi network "username and password" by a Trinity "authorised party".
  2. Be in an area of Trinity with Wi-Fi coverage.

Connection steps

  1. Access the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your device.
  2. Browse for and connect to the Wi-Fi network titled "TCDguest".
  3. Once connected to the "TCDguest" Wi-Fi network, open any web page via an internet browser.
  4. The internet browser will redirect you to a Trinity guest Wi-Fi service "Log In" screen. This "Log In" screen will outline the terms and conditions of the service as well as allow you to enter a "Username" and "Password".

  5. Once satisfied with the terms and conditions of the service, enter the username and password as supplied to you from the "authorised party" and click the "I Accept the Terms and Conditions Below" button.
  6. You will then be connected to the Guest Wi-Fi service.

Please retain your username and password details as you may be prompted to authenticate again periodically while you use the Guest Wi-Fi service.

When you no longer need access to the guest Wi-Fi network, use your device's network settings to 'Forget' or 'Delete' the network.

Device requirements

Your device must have:

  • A Wi-Fi (wireless network card). The wireless card must support Wi-Fi 4 (802.11n) or later.
  • Any of the following operating systems*:
    • Windows
    • macOS
    • iOS
    • iPadOS
    • Android

*Note that there is no support for Linux on the guest Wi-Fi service.
