Feedback
We are delighted with the feedback we have received after our training sessions, the majority of which has been positive, which lets us believe we are going in the right direction!
We have also gotten some great tips on how we can improve our current training and expand our portfolio, which has helped us plan our material. Below are some statistics and a few of our favourite comments we’ve received via the feedback form:
Statistics:
- 98% of attendees stated that the learning objectives were achieved
- 99 % stated that their expertise had increased
- 85% stated that the content was very or extremely relevant to their role
Comments:
“I loved the way the session was broken into tasks with a chance to complete the exercise after each section”
“Nothing - best training session I have attended in years. So good I want to do it again!”
Regular review and development of current training
We are constantly reviewing and updating our training material based on software updates, which we frequently see especially in some Microsoft 365 apps, as well as based on the feedback we receive.
For example, we listened to what you said in 2023/24, and one of the items recently introduced to some of our sessions is an interactive element where you can practice some of the tasks shown to you during the training. This has been positively received by our participants.
Where can I find out about upcoming training sessions?
Every second Friday we send out an email with upcoming information sessions and training. Keep an eye out for this email in your inbox and if you've never been to any of our sessions, come and check them out! Even if you attended a session last year, come and have a look at our updated material as some things may have changed. Also, if you found any of our training helpful, let your colleagues know.
We are currently exploring new training sessions so keep an eye out for them this academic year!
