We are aware of an issue that is affecting Google Photos (connected to the MyZone service), where students are seeing an ‘Out of storage’ warning message when they log into Google Photos. Students are currently unable to back up more photos or videos on this service.

Please note that the Google Drive and the student email services are not affected and students can use these without issue.

IT Services have logged a ticket with Google to resolve the issue.
