Data from the survey highlights how women are more likely to want flexible working opportunities in their careers, and this also applies to women who wish to return to study. "Whether flexibility is needed to help support their family or because of a financial inability to give up their current full-time role, it’s clear that programmes such as Trinity’s Flexible Executive MBA are becoming particularly important for women."
